During the process of a series of deep machining such as lapping,polishing and so on,Ceramic tile could produce plentiful detritus.According to the statistic, every year more than ten million tons of Polishing detritus was produced in China. At the present time,our country was still in the dry tree in the respect of regeneration exploitation of waste ceramic powder, none but a small quantity of flotsam has been recycled, others was simply covered up。It not only occupied the plowland,polluted the environment,but also harmed the people's healthy, the more important was that it would restrict the sustainable development of ceramic industry.This dissertation was mainly in the view of the pollution of waste ceramic powder, the influence of content of waste ceramic powder on the working performance and mechanical performance of the cement paste,colloidal mortar and concrete,and on the hydration performance of cement,hydration production,dry shrinkage rate of colloidal mortar,pore structure and resistance of chloride permeability of concrete, the dissertation studied the possibility of waste ceramic powder used as concrete admixture.the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The standard consistence water of cement paste was augmented and the time of initial setting was shortened, but the influence on the time of final setting was less,following with the increase of waste ceramic powder admixture.(2)It was propitious to the cement hydration with the increase of waste ceramic powder admixture, and the rate of hydration was enhanced. The influence of increase of waste ceramic powder admixture on the kinds of hydration product was small, the contribution of its chemical activity to the later compression strength could not be ignored.(3) Waste ceramic powder admixture could reduce the collapsed slump of concrete, it also could meliorate the cohesiveness and the moisture retention of concrete. The concrete could be possessed of favorable working conference,strength conference and resistance of chloride permeability with the waste ceramic powder blended with fly ash and slag. Taking a comprehensive consideration of the influence of waste ceramic powder content on the incipient and long-standing compressive strength of concrete, the optimum content of waste ceramic powder was about 20%.(4)waste ceramic powder admixture could optimized the pore structure and enhance the resistance of chloride permeability of concrete.
