| Waste glass accounts for 7% of the world’s solid waste consumption.Solid waste glass is used as a mineral admixture to produce mortar,and its physical properties,permeability properties and mechanical properties all directly affect the expected durability of waste glass mortar.Therefore,in this paper,using different dosage of waste glass powder(0%,10%,30%,50%)to replace cement as the research object,and made waste glass powder mortar waste glass powder mortar is analyzed from different angles the change rule of physical parameters,discusses the gas and liquid permeability,chloride ion electric flux and mechanical properties of evolution regularity of change with different dosage of waste glass powder.The main contents of the study are as follows:1.With the gradual increase of the partial pressure point,the nitrogen adsorption amount of the waste glass mortar sample increases exponentially,and the nitrogen adsorption amount of 30% is the highest.From the results of specific surface area and pore size analysis of waste glass powder mortar,it can be seen that the average pore diameter of 0% and 50% waste glass powder mortar samples is obviously larger than the 10% and 30% dosage,indicating that the dosage is 10% to 30%.The glass powder can effectively make the internal pore diameter of the mortar sample smaller,but the pore diameter is not much different.2.The apparent permeability of the waste glass powder mortar decreases first and then increases with the increase of the dosage.The dosage is 30% to reach the minimum,and the dosage is 50% to reach the maximum.As the porosity first decreases and then increases,the gas permeability changes are similar,and the porosity and gas permeability show a good linear correlation,and its R2 is 0.8133.3.combined with the two permeability test methods used is not difficult to see,the test data obtained by the liquid infiltration method compared with the gas permeation method,the permeability change law is basically the same,fully proved the effectiveness of the gas penetration data.At the same time,the liquid permeation method plays a very good role in supplementing the gas permeation method.4.Under the same age,with the increase of the amount of waste glass powder mortar,the electric flux first decreases and then increases,the dosage is 30% minimum,and the dosage is 50% maximum.30% of the amount of glass powder can effectively reduce the electric flux,play a good resistance to chloride ion penetration,and improve the gas permeability and liquid permeability.It can be seen that the proper amount of glass powder has a favorable influence on the compactness and connectivity of the mortar.5.During the curing period,the cement mortar specimens with 10% glass powder in all the test pieces have the highest compressive and flexural strength,while the specimens with 0%,30% and 50% glass powder are lower than the blending strength.Add 10% glass powder cement mortar test piece.6.By summarizing and analyzing the data obtained from the above physical,infiltration and mechanical experiments,it can be concluded that the permeability and mechanical properties of the mortar can be improved when the amount of waste glass powder is 10% to 30%.. |
