Research On The 2×300mw Heat Supply Project Safety Evaluation Of Matou Power Plant

Safety risk source identification of power construction projects and construction site safety evaluations of the power are the important parts of construction project safety management. In this paper, based on the past construction site safety management researches, and in conjunction with fact, we improve and set up a new construction site safety evaluation method. First, In the paper, we summarized heating power plant project on-site safety evaluation methods of the past construction site safety management researches. Then, a new evaluation index system was setup, and its weights were determined, using AHP method, set pair analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the new combining the evaluation method can well arise the certainty and uncertainty relations in the process safety management, thereby ensuring the outcome of the evaluation closer to the real state.
