| Cardiovascular disease is one of the most dangerous threats to human health. ECG Tele-monitoring is very important to patient with cardiovascular disease. Therefore, it is of great significance to research high-performance Tele-monitor. An ECG Tele-monitor terminal is designed. The fast development of embedded system has also provided perfect technology for this research recently.Firstly, the ECG data acquisition module is designed. Signal conditioning circuit is the most important component; it is composed with preamplifier filtering, band-pass filtering and notch filtering circuit.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the microprocessor, A embedded ECG Tele-monitor terminal is designed. Based on an ARM processor-S3C2410, an embedded operating system (Linux) is transplanted. In details, the transplantation includes three parts: Boot Loader, Linux kernel and the file system with Qt graphical interface.Thirdly, smoothing filtering and adaptive digital notch filtering are studied and compared. A new algorithm - adaptive wavelet filtering is proposed. The ECG filtering results show that the adaptive wavelet algorithm is simply implemented, the waveform distortion is reduced.Lastly, several methods of QRS wave detection are analyzed. Such as the mathematical model, template matching and pattern recognition, B-spline biorthogonal wavelet transform to detect QRS waves is proposed. The results show that this method has high detection rate.The Tele-monitor terminal with low cost, small size, light weight, low power consumption and high stability is designed. Biorthogonal wavelet transform is used to improve the detection accuracy of QRS wave, The Tele-monitor terminal has laid a good foundation for further the practical application. |
