With the rapid increase of people's living pace and the ageing of the population,the proportion of senility illness and chronic diseases increases gradually, the incidence rate of hypertension,heart disease,contagion and occupational disease increases year by year, especially sudden death arose by arrhythmia. Consequently, community medical treatment and home medical care, which mainly uses portable ,intellectualized and safe tele-monitoring device, develops quickly and plays more and more important role in people's life. Therefore, we developed a new-style ECG tele-monitoring system.In order to overcome the defects of the tele-monitoring system based on Client/Server (C/S) mode, such as complicated structure, high cost, hardly to deploy and so on, this paper indicates a new tele-monitoring method based on embedded web server. This system is based on Browser/Server (B/S) structure. The whole system comprises an ECG recorder with network port and embedded web server,Internet and a computer with browser. When the ECG recorder is connected with Internet, the doctors can use the browser to visit the embedded web server in ECG recorder, and the ECG signals are shown on the dynamic web page running in the browser.This paper adopts the S3C2410X, which is a 32-bit low power micro-controller, to design this tele-monitoring system based on Browser/Server (B/S) structure. Embedded Linux RTOS is transplanted in it. MiniGUI, which is an embedded graphic interface supporting system, is used to implement the monitoring interface, ECG acquisition, data storage and ECG signals analysis in touch screen. The embedded web server is realized by transplanting BOA web server. HTML, Java Applet and CGI dynamic web page technologies are used to develop the dynamic monitoring page. This system can display ECG waveform, heart rate and arrhythmia analysis results, review and download the ECG data remotely,and so on.After finishing the software development, the performance of this system is tested. The results show that the designed system is easy to be operated, and has low cost and simple structure, and is safe and credible. The system can overcome the limitation of the tele-monitoring system based on C/S mode and is suit to be used in family medical care or in the community. It is significative to monitor cardiovascular diseases in real time. |
