With the development of society and economy, the contradiction of demand and supply of energy is increasingly visible. The ratio of energy usage is lower than the international advanced level and the energy consume of per production value is more than twice of that of main developed countries.Vapor heating is a common antifreezing and keeping temperature method, and has been widely used in petrochemicals corporations. But only the potential heat-energy of the vapor is used during the using process. The condensate of high temperature is discharged on the spot, which result in energy wasteful and environment pollution. Thus the potential of saving energy and decrease consume in the recycling of vapor condensate are huge.The quality and recycling benefit of vapor condensate was analyzed in this dissertation. The remainder pressure of vapor condensate and recycling way through increasing pressure was introduced. Some common condensate recycling equipments and their working theory were described. Sealed recycling of condensate is considered to be the most scientific and reasonable method, correspondingly.The equipment of anti vapor-corrosive was studied, and the recycling pumping station and conduit network were designed. In order to testify the scientific of this system, a suit of condensate.recycling system was designed and installed according to the New-Port circumstance and has been run successfully. After the project was applied, the cost of boiler'fuel and water is saved, the life of equipment is prolonged, the stability of vapor pressure is improved, the working environment is improved, and the discharge of dirt and smoke is decreased. These prove the advanced, practicability and security of the system. The aims of the quantity of recycling condensate being 60% that of the total returned water, and the time of disinvestment being less than 3 years have been basically achieved.This system can not only sealed recycle high temperature condensate of petrochemicals corporations, but also recycle condensate of vapor indirect used in grocery, pharmacy, rubber, spin, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, beer, tobacco, paper making, plate making, printworks and automobile industry.
