The factor influencing resilience modulus of the soil base is numerous, this text mainly discusses three main factors, the type of the soil, water content, degree of compaction, generalizes the relation between sandy-gravel content and resilience modulus of the soil base following heavy-compaction, the relation among water content, compaction degree and resilience modulus of the soil base;Also pointing out the advantages and shortcomings about determing method of resilience modulus of the soil base. This text through analysis the theory of water migration, put forward water content of roadbed soil is not unaltertion, proving this argument by the detailed census data analysis on the running road, and point out the same kind of soil in different road areas, has different water content, so the resilience modulus of the soil base are different.As to particular semirigid-base and supple-base structure, changing range of every road structure's parameters, analyzing the change of resilience modulus of the soil base impact on road surface curved to sink, soil base's top surface curved tp sink and soil base's top surface press strain; analyzing the change of resilience modulus of the soil base impact on designing layer thickness correspond to different taffic grades; analyzing the change of resilience modulus of the soil base impact on fatigue life. Through mechanics described above, pointing out the small change of the base resilience of soil will cause heavy change of road struture, and affirmat that impoving resilience modulus of the soil base can improve the road service life to a certain extent.This text discusses different kinds of method to improving the bed strength, emphasis on studying the method of back-coat. It propose regarding back-coat as a isolated cushion layer and draw lessons from the elastic foundation plate theory, considering back-coat as a part of soil base, these two kinds of methods designed back-coat thickness, obtain the relation among equivalent rebound modulus of base soil, resilience modulus of the soil base, modulus of back-coat and thickness of back-coat through mechanics analysis. Finally, simple analyze economic benefits which strengthen bed layer with back-coat.
