Studay On Identity System Of City Residential Areas

During these years, with the large scale of urbanization development in China, more and more constructions and exploitation of the city residential area become duplicate. Due to the disorder of the construction of the identity system facilities of city residential area and absence of the related theories, this paper tries to build a identity system theory of city residential area under the enlightenment of corporation identity system, city image identity system, regional image maintenance and so on. It is constructed by two parts including the dominant identity system and the recessive identity system. Thereinto, the dominant identity system including geography identity system, visual identity system, behavior identity system and so on; and the recessive identity system including mind identity system, humanities identity system and intuition identity system.Combining the theory and the situation of our city residential area, this paper also identify the method and suggestion of how to build a unique city residential area. After attaching importance to investigate, analyse and appraise, it suggest the method of identity system should including the house, virescence, road, public service equipment and illumination and so on. Then, this paper establish four fundamentals to the identity system of the city residential area. Besides, it taking Cashi which has the special national conditions for example, using the methods of this theory to design a unique identity facilities of city residential area. Within help residenters to feel genial, a successful design of city residential area can be propitious to the image of residential area.
