The highway construction in our country from plain terrain or rolling terrain to hilling terrain need to dig deep cutting or tunnel, as a result; there is a great deal of waste stone material. The controlling technique of construction technology of rock-filling subgrade is to solve the problem how to make use of waste stone to construct subgrade. By studying the development and present conditions of controlling technique of construction technology of rock-filling subgrade at home and abroad, in the base of the onsite construction and the relative experiment test at several experiment road segments, a new controlling technique will be proposed in the paper. First, the disposing technology and request of different soil ground will be analyzed in according to loading character of fill sub grade .Secondly, paving method,evening method,compacting technology and quality test method and assessment standard of rock-filling subgrade will be analyzed in combination with the characters of waste stone in highway construction and the constructing performance of machine. Next, the relation between water content of rock-filling subgrade and quality of construction will be found by analyzing water content of rock-filling subgrade on site. Moreover, from the slope condition of rock-filling subgrade, the method and technical request of constructing slope will be suggested. Finally, compared with the actual conditions of construction, the controlling technique apparently improves economic benefit and social and economic benefit of fill sub grade engineering.In a word, the controlling technology is good to direct the construction of rock-filling subgrade; meanwhile, it is important for highway sub grade design and construction technical specification to adapt and to perfect.
