Key Techniques Of Qinghai Zhanian Highway Soil-Rock Fill Subgrade Compaction

Since entering the end of the 20 th century and the early 21 st century,our country highway are focused toward the west,which is intricate terrains and many hilly regions,so we might face the situation many times that using the soil-aggregate mixture of being given birth to by hill explosion and cutting to fill embankment.In subgrade filling,comparing with general soil aggregate,earth-rock mixture,s economic and environmental benefits are obvious and the higher of strength of the subgrade.Subgrade of soil-rock mixture filling as more and more widely,and the technical problems of soil-rock fill roadbed design,construction technology and construction control,has attracted the great attention of highway industry experts and scholars.Due to the change obvious of earth-rock mixture of the particle size,the lithology of stone is various,and water cut is unable to control,so the use of subgrade compaction construction technology and quality inspection control has become a technical problem of highway construction industry.In this paper,we pointed out the structure type of earth-rock mixture and strength effects,the compaction mechanism is analyzed,the main characteristics and applicability of three kinds of compaction method,the compaction machinery and the characteristics of earth-rock filling subgrade was summarized.Through the analysis the Qinghai Zhanian highway subgrade particularity and construction technical difficulties,the author put forward the tunnel abandon slag particularity and subgrade filling particularity,and construction technical difficulties of the Qinghai Zhanian highway,including earth-rock mixture transportation,flat,compaction,and the quality of the subgrade detection control.Through the analysis compaction materials technical requirements of the Qinghai Zhanian highway subgrade,and single material analysis,including analysis of density,crush resistance and compressive strength,and the analysis of the earth-rock mixture,including analysis of grain size distribution and the relationship between moisture content and dry density,put forward part of compaction technology of the Qinghai Zhanian highway soil-rock fill subgrade.Through the subgrade compaction test section of using the compaction technology,to summarize the relevant test compaction,and the compaction of subgrade reclamation process and compaction quality inspection,put forward compaction process and compaction scheme of suiting the Qinghai Zhanian highway soil-rock fill subgrade.Through the subgrade compaction test section,put the compaction technology into the test section,to analysis research of the foundation bearing capacity,paving method,compaction composite,the compaction of subgrade reclamation process and quality detection,put forward compaction process and compaction scheme of the Qinghai Zhanian highway soil-rock fill subgrade,including filling material performance,performance of earth-rock mixture compaction parameters control methods,and measures of winter construction,quality assurance and environmental protection.Through the analysis compaction effect of construction of the Qinghai Zhanian highway soil-rock fill subgrade,including material,earth-rock mixture and earth-rock filling subgrade property,determining whether earth-rock mixture analysis and compaction control of the Qinghai Zhanian highway soil-rock fill subgrade is right.
