In recent years, social demand for electricity is increasing with the rapid development of the domestic economy. However, the problem of shortage of electric power has become more serious for the lag of power supply construction behind the development of power grids work and economic over a long period of time. Therefore, the power company has started to pay attention to the load management system in the case of the truch of electric scarce. Ideas from "power cutoff" to "orderly power, trade off power", from "load control" to "remote meter reading, abnormity-monitoring and electricity services."Electric power load management syetem is a complete multi-functional system which integrates information collection, processing and real-time monitoring and which based on technology of computer, modern communications and automatic control. It is composed of ES-master, Client-side load management terminal(hereinafter referred to as terminal) and communication channel between master and terminal. Through effective load management not only effectively control peak load, but also improve the operation of electric load, reduce the operation costs of the power supply, and solve the long-term problem of the power shortage. In other words, with the development of the electricity market and contradiction remission between supply and demand, electric power control system evoloves to electric power management system.The thesis briefly introduce the development history of power load management system as well as the current technical development of power load management terminal, coming up with the concept design and detailed circuit design of power load management terminal.Finally the thesis, bonding network test of the current domestic electricity load management terminal, analyze the point in tests arid introduce feasible measures as far as some customers's particular require.
