Through theoretical analysis of the dissipation for metallised film caparitors in this essay,the dissipation(metal part) analysis mould is set up and the mail technological factors that influence The dissipation of metallised film caparitors are confirmed.At the same time,taking typical metallised caparitors products CL21-400V-0.1μF,CL21-400V-0.047μF, CBB21B-Z-400V-0.22μF,CBB21-400V-0.1μF,CBB21B-Z-400V-0.33μF, CBB21A-400V-0.01μF as example and using the comparison of raw material & optimization methods of technology parameters,the effective measures which low down and stabilize the dissipation of metallised film capacitors are found out under present technological conditions.1) The use of low-section resistance film ahc the film whose fringe is thickened is favourable of the dissipation reduction of metallised film capacitors.2) The powder airbrushing when the airbrush and the CBB21B-400V-0.1μF capacitor are at a distance of 160mm has remarkable superiority to the one when the airbrush and the CBB21B-400V-0.1μF are at a traditional distance of 200mm during 10kHz remains unchangeable basically or minor change only after standing ten-times 500V charge and discharge.The capacitors of another type can also get optimum process effectiveness by properly adjusting the distance of the powder airbrush,the tanget of stabilizing the loss of capacitor is obtained.3) Proper mechanical pressure F of welding end reasonable location distance L are keys to obtain good.internal core structure superior electrical and the stable value of Loss angle tangent of dielectric.
