| The welding technology of metal cored wire for marine steel thin-plate structure was researched with MAG welding robot in this subject.In the current stage of shipbuilding,ordinary flux-cored welding wire has been widely used,but metal-cored wire is still blank in the shipbuilding industry.The thin plate steel is light in weight and has good process performance.The thin-plate welded structure which is applied to the ship’s superstructure can reduce the weight of the ship and improve the technical performance of the ship.Therefore,the metal cored wire used in marine steel sheet structure can not only play the advantages of metal cored wire in weld formation,joint quality and welding efficiency,but also achieve the purpose of reducing the welding workload and cost savings.In order to eliminate random factors such as labor and ensure the consistency of the test results,this subject adopts KUKA KR5 type welding robot and EWM PHOENIX 522 digital welding power source.The test material used is Q235 B steel with a thickness of 5mm,80%Ar+20%CO2 for the shielding gas,and metal-cored wire GCL-56 for Jinglei welding consumables,metal-cored wire JQ-70 M for Jinqiao welding consumables,solid wire GML-56 and flux cored wire GFL-71 for Jinglei welding consumables.The method of turning parameters is single variable method and a plurality of welding parameters comprehensive adjustment method.The form of the experimental exploration is butt welding single-sided welding,T Flat joint welding and T-joint vertical welding.Through the surfacing test of metal cored wire in the steel sheet structure,the rule of influence of the welding process parameters on the formation of the weld seam is obtained: the matching of the welding speed and the wire feed speed determines the heat input of welding and affects the filling amount of the weld;the swing length control the weld surface texture density,swing amplitude control weld amplitude;bilateral delay control weld toe site transition and fusion;robot KCP speed,swing length and bilateral delay time affect the welding speed in together.Through the double-sided forming test of single-side welding of steel powder cored wire with steel sheet structure,it is concluded that the metal cored wire GCL-56 has strong adaptability to the test plate assembly gap,and the effective test plate assembly gap range is 1.8-2.5mm,and the process performance is good;for each test plate assembly gap,to explore the best welding process specification parameters;solid wire and flux cored wire comparison test results show that: the efficience of single-sided welding double-sided forming welding with metal cored wire of thin plate steel is 13.1% higher than that of solid wire,43.6% higher than that of flux cored wire.Through the flat fillet welding test of the steel thin-plate structure metal cored wire T-joint,it is concluded that the metal cored wire has a good process performance and obtains the best welding process specification parameters.When the droplet transitions into the jet transition,the arc is stable and the outline is clear,and the appearance of the weld seam is beautiful.The results of the comparative test show that the efficience of flat fillet welding in T-joint structure with metal cored wire is 4.5% higher than that of the solid wire and 12.3% higher than that of the flux-cored wire.Through the vertical fillet welding test of T-joint made of steel thin-structured metal cored wire,it is concluded that the metal cored wire has good process performance and obtains the best welding process specification parameters;the comparative test results show that: the efficience of vertical fillet welding in T-joint structure with metal cored wire is 15% higher than that of solid wire,and 58% higher than that of flux-cored wire.The research results of this subject provide theoretical basis for the welding research of thin palte steel structure with metal cored wire in the shipbuilding industry,and lay a foundation for the application and production of metal-cored wire in the shipbuilding industry. |
