The Welding System To Weld Environment-protection Type Metalized Filmy Capicitor's Feet

This paper based on a project which utility the technology of resistance spot-welding, SCM and PLC to build a device which can weld the environment-protection metalize filmy capicitor's feet automatically .The device are composed by two sub-systems: resistance spot-welding controller sub-system and component's movement controller sub-system.Using the single-phase industrial AC support mode to control the welding transformer to weld due to the trait of workpiece of this project. The controller use the AT89C52 as its CPU to control the process of the welding. We put forward some experienced parameter data based on the welding theory and experimentation of this project. The component of the device drived by cylinder which controlled by PLC. We use C51 and ladder program language to develop the two sub-systems' s software. We designed the program in modularized so it is easy to read and to transplant and to maintain and short development period.Now the device we developed are tested and work fine for our customer.
