Wheeled Artillery has highlight the advantages such as: higher level of information, tactical mobility,and excellent mobility strategy,an integrated combat capability and so on. The development of China's overall Wheeled Artillery technology, in order to enhance China's automotive technology standard gun, will have a very important significance.This paper mainly discusses about the dynamics response of the wheeled rocket launcher that is caused by the plainness causes under traveling congdition.And according to the system aspect of the matching between the cross-country vehicle and rocket launcher, it also presents the ride performance and passing capability.Based on the Multi-body system dynamics theories, Recurdyn is used to carry on ride dynamics simulation of wheeled rocket launcher.The main contents are as follows:①The three dimension model of the systerm inclding bodywork, beam, drive axle, laminated spring, rocket launcher base, rotating body, the launch box, orientation, rockets.etc has been built in the environment of Solidworks ,which provides the necessary conditions for the building of dynmacis equivalent model.②in order to illustrate the problem better ,multi-rigid-body systerm model,the systerm coupled with rigid bodies and elastic bodies are built .③The dynamic property and static property caused by the the location where the rochet launcher places on of the vehicle ,is studied by multi-rigid-body model.④Compared to two kinds of model computed result ,the result confirmed the multi-rigid body model rationality.⑤Calculate the boundary condition of the five state of roads which the rochetlauncher can pass, and obtain the road spectrum corresponding parameter. Carry on the ride analysis in view of five state of roads to obtain the system and key component's dynamic response.The main works in this thesis lay solid foundation for the overall program design of the stability and safety of wheeled rocket launcher.
