The fire accuracy of multi-barrel launcher is mainly influenced by initial disturbance. Therefore, dynamics simulation software (RecurDyn) of multi-body systems is utilized for simulation study of fire process of multi-barrel launcher in order to get initial disturbance of multi-barrel launcher much more accurately.The main contents of this article are as follows:①According to requirements of the project, its mechanical structure must be revamped at first. Then on the basis of multi-body dynamic theory, its dynamic characteristics need to be knew to simulate complex contact, collision and restraints of parts of multi-body systems and build dynamic model of multi-barrel launcher which has fire box with function of storage and transportation.②Combined with ANSYS ( a kind of finite element analysis software ), the article perfects simulation and analysis of coupled rigid and flexible multi-body dynamics for multi-barrel launcher by soft RecurDyn. In details: with respect to elastic deformation of critical component (launch tube), the article takes launch tube as flexible body in order to get history of speed, displacement and stress of critical component much more accurately. On the basis of that, we may fully know kinetic characteristic, and force characteristic of components of revamped multi-barrel launcher, which is provided as basis for reference for development of new type multi-barrel launcher. Certainly, analysis of multi-rigid-body dynamics of multi-barrel launcher is performed firstly for certificate of correctness of model and contact.③Based on the simulation of launch dynamics of coupled rigid and flexible multi-body, launch intervals and sequences of multi-barrel launcher are optimized. Initial disturbance of missile caused by vibration of rocket launch is important criterion of merit ranking of launch intervals and sequences. Here the article drafts six launch sequences, and takes the lest mean square deviation of initial disturbance as the best launch intervals and sequences.
