Limited by early architecture technology and material, architecture flaws appears to deferent degree in existing old architectures, some of which are even serious, affecting regular function of them for a long time. On the other hand, they have great historical and cultural value, which is always culture relics and objects of protection of the nation, therefore, method of protection while eliminating its inside acoustic flaw is an urgent issue for us.This article rests on German style international violin competition hall, constructed in 1921 and designed by Japanese architect, in order to meet the acoustic quality requirement and comply with the characteristics of the old building, using PULSE data acquisition and analysis system , to perform field measurement, bringing out long time acoustic flaw of the architecture that plagued last 80 years after accomplished, and advocating scheme and design for improvement of acoustic quality.The primary methods adopted in this paper are: using delicate laser range finder to precisely measure dimension of the hall; on the platform of the architectural acoustics software ODEON, the three-dimensional digital models of the audition room are completed. In the models, the details of key structure which effect the acoustical quality is expressed accurately in virtual space. After the simulation and computation of the models, the best controlling parameters are acquired, such as reverberation time(RT),early lateral energy fraction(LF80), music clarity (C80),definition(D50) and so on. Afterwards, Acoustic quality parameter of the hall is analyzed based on the results of the simulations, valuing the acoustic quality of the hall. The scheme I I designed by ideal scientific not only keeps historical information and structure setup, but also overcomes sound field flaw. Finally, effect of live violin performance is provided by using sound field audible technology.
