In order to suit for the need of producing 1.5MW wind power controller in quantities, which owns completely independent intellectual property rights, there is an urgent need to develop an integrated test platform for comprehensive testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the controller equipment.1.5MW wind power controller test platform is used for the test of the 1.5MW wind power controller board. The paper carries out detailed analysis from the principles of wind power controller, electrical interface, control process, and finishes the embedded software, Labview functional test software and PC interface design work. The paper successfully completes the main roof, the middle control panel, control plate, variable expansion paddle boards, liquid crystal variable paddle, paddle power changed, control panels and communication channel controller functional testing and fault simulation test; and also achieves the module control cabinet and the joint commissioning, to achieve the desired design specifications. The test platform has been used in actual production.This paper researches on the test system for 1.5MW wind turbine controller. The main task concentrates on several aspects as follows:1, the overall design of the test system, including the principles of the overall program, the system architecture, hardware and software components;2, the hardware part of system design and implementation of programs, mainly including monitoring and control systems, interface control box and interface test adapter hardware board design and implementation;3, the design and development of wind power generation test platform for embedded controller software and PC software.As the results of this paper, 1.5MW wind power controller test platform as an important testing equipment has been successfully used in the production of wind power controller, and has achieved significant economic benefits.
