Wind power,as a new energy industry,has been widely used in land or offshore power generation and other fields.With the development of wind power technology,the range of application is gradually widening.Although such technology has a good application prospect,there are still some problems left to be solved.For example,as an important equipment in the transmission chain of wind power generation----the wind power gear increaser,it is very difficult to test its performance indicators with traditional experimental equipment and which also limits its further optimization.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,the model NBWD280-68 planetary gear increaser for wind power generation is taken as the research object in this paper.Thus,the operating conditions of the gear increaser at different speeds and under different loads can be tested by designing and manufacturing the corresponding wind power system experimental platform,which is beneficial to the related technical research of the wind power generation gear increaser.Specific research can be divided into following steps,such as total design scheme,three-dimensional modeling,simulation analysis,control circuit design,physical processing,performance testing,etc.Firstly,according to the test requirements of the gear increaser,total design scheme of the test platform was brought forward,and then a 3D model of the high-precision test platform was built by using 3D modeling software.Secondly,the Finite Element Method has been applied to verify the weak links of the platform to ensure the reliability of subsequent equipment.Then the operating software of the experimental platform was developed to facilitate the information collection and instruction issuance of the measurement and control system.At the same time,the overall performance of the wind power gear transmission system test platform has been analyzed.Finally,the actual processing and experimental analysis has been carried out.The research results show that the test platform can effectively analyze the transmission performance of wind power gear increaser and basically meet the expected design requirements.The research has a better practical significance for the optimization of wind power gear increaser.
