Turbine guide vane is seen as one key part of the aero-engine. Vaning design incorporates the disciplines thermo-/aerodynamics and structural mechanics. While the first ones strive for a design with maximum efficiency the latter one is a restricting factor. Multi-dimensional design may be partially, which makes the structural design process come to be longer. As one of the most important parts of the turbine guide vane design, presently, domestic blade structure analysis is primary three-dimension design based CAD software, which makes designers'idea-expression limited. Therefore, the researches of the development of turbine guide vane modeling CAD system will improve the blade design efficiency greatly while shorten the blade design period. In this thesis, the key technologies of turbine blade modeling CAD system are based on the deep analysis of the turbine guide vane modeling. The following are listed work done on this topic:1.The technique of parametric design, feature modeling and the parametric design based on feature modeling were researched briefly.2.Based on the analysis of structure and design process of turbine guide vane, the sew method, through curve method and through curve mesh method are presented to construct the turbine guide vane surface which is a free 3D surface.3.Profile data file meeting the aerodynamic requirements transforms into graphics automatically.4.The uneven-thickness algorithm is given to create the section data of inner vane. By using all these methods, a turbine guide vane model with complex inner cavity can be achieved.
