To ensure the quality of public construction projects and to meet and adapt to the complexity of the area of current public building quality supervision and management, we should have a system reform on public building quality supervision and management economy system. In this thesis, it will introduce and analysis the main multi-participation in public construction quality supervision and management model.The thesis will introduce the public building, public goods and the features and connotations of the public building quality supervision and management.
