Along with economic development of our country, power industry demands a higher quality of service. Meanwhile, in power net, nonlinear power electronic devices are widely used in our modern society. Something that follows worsen electronic energy quality in power net, especially in the section of low voltage electronic power, which, now, have threatened the running of whole power net safely and efficiency. Because inadequate input in section of low voltage power net in existed power automatic system, power energy quality optimization in the section of high voltage can't solve the problem that emerged with the worsen of electronic energy quality in power net.In this paper, a new intelligence power environment running parameter monitor and control system used MCU+DSP structure has been developed based on the analysis of current states of low voltage environment running monitor.In this paper, first there was a introduction and analysis to the theory of electronic environment control, and then show this new system, which useMSP430149 and ATT7022B structure in "MCU+DSP" as the core structure, integrated the calculation of power net parameter collection, reactive power compensation and function of harmonics limitation. This new system adopted many selectable and flexible communication methods, and the monitor and control of low voltage power can be merged into the existed power running automatic system, and filled in the gap of low voltage monitor and optimization control. Through the control strategy, it can improve the problem of reactive power over compensating in existed system.The works of debug and testing in this system have been finished, and feasibility of the design method have verified.
