Development of residence community in our country has greatly quickened especially recent years have seen real estate flourishes. Therefore residence community requires better environmental design. However the time of the modern landscape design development and spread in our country is fairly short, along with the modes of domestic real estate are not mature, the introduction and construction of domestic residence community produce lots of problems.This paper focuses on the domestic current situation of residence community landscape design and summarizes the introduction modes and construction techniques concerned.
