This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part , which simply narrates the purpose and significance of the study, as well as the domestic and international status .In the second chapter,by reviewing the historical development of domestic and international residences, and showing each stage of residence evelepments,the thesis identifies the study. Next it discusses in detail the functions and characteristics of esidential construction, and the future develepment of residences in China.The third and fourth chapter is the core.Through the analysis of the design for building , the external and internal environment,architecture, landscape , materials, energy-saving and ntelligence technology for buildings, interior designing and construction designing together and the transformation process of costruction drawings to finished product, some suggestions are put forward.On the basis of the summary of the whole thesis,The final chapter raises some new proposals on the internal and external environment for future residences.
