The Study On Urban Residential District Planning, Construction And The Method Of Landscape Synchronous Design

Leading by the problem of overall environmental quality control, this paper has emphasized that design should follows the principles of people oriented and creates the sustainable development of living environment. The paper focus on the characteristics arising in the process of planning and designing of the present residential district, summarizes problems based on the analysis of actual case and researches the problems thoroughly. The paper analyzes the background and the causes of the above mentioned problems, the interactivity and conditionality in various types of elements concerned to the problems. Taking the residential district spatial morphology as the basis of design, the paper reconstructs the systems of design steps and design methods by means of the combination of the basic features of planning, architecture and landscape science. The paper tries to synchronize various kinds of specialized designs and make the residential district design to perform on a thorough and well-knit knowledge system platform. The paper aims to turn the advantage of the interactivity and conditionality in various professions in each step of planning design in order to grasp the balance between human and environment during the process of constructing residential environment. This paper puts forward a tentative design method to create a harmonious, healthy and sustainable developing living environment.
