Ventilation is consequence in the therapy history of mankind. As in common use first aid equipment to instead the breath of the patients, the ventilation always acts the important effect in the filed of clinic and first aid.Objective: At present, some nations'army improves the level of first aid equipments. As the best important instrument, ventilation was abroad used in the salvage fields.In modern wars, all most of the perforation wound, and the normal-frequency ventilation can't work well to the state of an illness, but the high-frequency ventilation can do it.The objective of research is that it can reach to the request of salvage action, that improve the level of first aid equipments of and scientific research of PLA. The paper analyses and summarizes the function and use fields of the ventilation, and at the basic of the request of the legionary construction, designs the high-frequency jet ventilation and apply it to the situation of field operations. Content: Through studying existing ventilations, the paper joins the HFJV in the ventilate model of moral-frequency ventilation. In the same time, ventilation has the moral frequency models and HFJV.Like existing ventilation, the drive way of the high-frequency jet ventilation is gas drive, and the control way is electronic. Through the MCU running, the machine can get more stability and exactness.Air pipeline is made up of air supply and some pneumatic parts. A 3.2L carbon fiber oxygen bottle is used as air supply, and pneumatic parts include pressure-reducing valve; high-frequency magnetic valve; air-oxygen mixing facility; low control valve; pressure control valve; high-frequency nozzle and exhaust valve. High-frequency nozzle is the best important parts in the system.Electrical circuit is made up of six parts, including power supply module, control module, display module, transducer module, parameter regulation module and alarm module. The power supply module add over-voltage protect function that can prevent harm from big voltage. The chip of control module is MCU that not only increase expensive but also economize resource. For more syllabify reflecting the breath parameter of patient. The big LED is used to the display module. The transducer module is used to switching the analog signals to digital signals. When the pressure is higher or lower, the alarm module can remind doctors changing the parameter for reducing damage to patient. The parameter regulation module can adjust the parameter by using knob.The point of the paper includes the control of ventilation, the use of high-frequency nozzle, the collection and disposal of power supply and signal. With a serious of ways, raise the capability, stability and effectiveness of the high-frequency jet ventilation.Method: The paper introduces two aspects: air pipeline construction and control system.According to the physiological process of human being, the paper deigns the ventilation. The breath of human being includes three parts: out-breath, air-transport and in-breath. The ventilation substitutes the out-breath. As the first-aid ventilation, it's simply and subminiature.According the hydromechanical conceptions and ways of industry pipeline construction, it is simple; just it can assure the process of breath to work. It used the all kinds of valves in the course of construction.In electrical circuit design, high quality gas flow and pressure transducers are used. With special measures, the respiratory signals are detected precisely. In order to improve the anti-interference capability, electrical circuit has been enhanced. Because of some advantages in control and stabilization, MCU is used to control the work of the system. With adding the function of over-voltage protection to power supply, that can prevent the damage when the voltage is higher than one regulated. Comparing with other ventilations, the paper add PEEP respiratory mode, and PEEP can help patients coming back the normal function of lungs.Production: Through long-playing research, a suit of theory frame is conceived, and a examination ventilation is constructed, further research can be done.Conclusion: Through testing, the ventilation can work normally, and can do up to par.
