Abstract/Summary:
Ventilator is an indispensable instrument for clinic salvage and curing the urgent or chronic breath attenuation and malfunction, has been an important essential medical equipment of major hospitals. The interactive interface and ventilation mode directly affects the availability and the effect of treatment of ventilator, so the study of interface design and ventilation control is playing a more and more important role in ventilator research. Based on the principles of the practicability, we design the ventilator interactive interface through the modular design method; meanwhile, we built mathematical models of respiratory system and ventilator, and research the simulation and realization of ventilation mode. The primary work of this paper includes:1. Based the principles of the practicability, the interactive interface was designed and implemented on the development platform of embedded UC/OS-â…¡system and UC/GUI, and it has been showed on the LCD successfully. The paper focus on these problems:the design planning and realization of ventilator interface; The software porting to UC/OS-â…¡system; The programming of touch screen driver.2. According to respiratory dynamics and ventilator parameters we set up the model of respiratory system and ventilator and then the model was verified through the measured data.3. Open-loop control and closed-loop PI control is used in the PCV and PSV mode, and then we compare the simulation results and the measured data to verify the availability of model. Meanwhile, we derived the PCV open-loop control method with patient physiological characteristics and improved the method for the clinical need. At last we verified the new method on the simulation platform.
