| Because the traditional power distributional management can not meet the needs of the requirement of audio-visual, overall viewing, and management integration for present network management, a Distributional Network Geographic Information System based on the GIS platform has been constructed so as to furthest integrate relevant information, provide a microfilmed managing object of realistic distributional network, enable administrators to do the daily management under visual geographic background, at the same time, improve the management level and the efficiency of electrical business.Based on the researching present situation of Distributional Network Geographic Information System and the theory of component GIS, by employing the software principle, a detailed design of geographic information system for Hengyang, including the design of the logic structure, function framework and database is made. The implemented technology of spatial data multi-user, painting of the distributional network special symbol library and topology analysis based on Node Model is studied also.Based on the research above, using VB and C# as developing languages, Oracle9i as database platform, ArcSDE as spatial database engine, and taking advantage of ADO.NET as the method of database connection, Hengyang power distributional network GIS has been developed, which achieves the function of data editing, query statistic and spatial analysis, and overcomes the disadvantage of traditional power distributional network GIS.This system is just developed aiming at the special situation of Hengyang power distributional network, the comparability of the principle and the method of the network of all other kinds, so, this system has therefore the universality and the promoting value in some degree. |
