This paper studied the composite rod by the agency of dynamic analysis. Applied this structure to 105mm APDS which has projected background in practice. Studied the structure and dimension of the sleeve of sabot and composite rod, including the figure and dimension. Following five aspects were studied:(1).The principle of clearance meshing technique was used. Designed the appropriate clearance to decrease the MAX von mises stress of tooth surface.(2).Designed the structure of APDS whenλis 40, and the structure of composite rod. Analyzed the impact of von mises stress that aroused by the structure of composite rod.(3).Analyzed the length and thickness of the sleeve how to impact the projecting intensity. And elicit the appropriate dimension of the sleeve.(4).Studied the length and thickness of the sleeve how to impact the MAX von mises stress of tooth surface. |
