With the improvement of modern weaponry performance,the real-time , speed and capacity of testing of separate instrument can't be satisfied with the requirements of the testing system. To meet the requirement of measuring a kind of launcher,a test system to measure its performance was developed. The test system is based on virtual instrument technology,which not only reduce the cost of system,but also have more flexibility,friendly interface and better expandability.The integrated test system consists of four,which are simulation,acquisition and control,connection cables and software. On the one hand,it can simulate characteristics of the missile and fire control system,on the other hand,it can acquire all kinds of signal responses and send them to computer for further processing.This paper expounds the design idea and implementation of the hardware and software,with an emphasis on the test system in the development of data acquisition module, which relates to PCI bus technology , data acquisition technology , photoelectric isolation technology,as well as information under Windows2000 acquisition card driver preparation. The data acquisition module that based on PCI bus is a high-precision real-time data acquisition and control module. DSP and FPGA processors are the core of it. There is great referrence value of the related solution for the similar system.The synthesis testing system has adopt new form that simulator and collection equipment completely independent, and has adopt new way that the hardware data and the highway data comparative, which strengthens the feasibility of maintenance and carry.The data acquisition and control module is based on the PCI bus to the DSP and FPGA processors as the core of the high-speed acquisition and control module. We have adopt the PCI9054 bridge chip and produced a driver. By the functional simulation, the module can meet the requirements of technical indicators. The entire application is clear, reasonable and feasible.The technology of computer data acquisition and control resolves the conflicts of data acquisition and transmission of real-time, greatly improves the testing accuracy and shortens the testing time, improves the maintenance of launcher.
