Armored vehicle is high mobility vehicles for soldiers in armor protection battle. It can execute high-speed attack, deep interlude and outflank, and effectively rebel the counterbalance and shock, so it is important to ensure the soldiers' good mentation and ingenious reaction in every complex conditions in order to go into battle with the best states when arriving at destination. Therefore, it is crucial to guarantee the performance of armored vehicles and riding comfortability.First, based on the. correlation theory of vibration, the model and motion differential equation of vibrating .system for armoured vehicle body are conducted, and the occupants' responding condition for vibration when the vehicle is running is analyzed. Then the theory and the steps of comfortable ride methods for armoured vehicle in current home and abroad are studied in details and also the disadvantages. Next, a new evaluating method is presented on the above base, including the modeling. process and steps, which mainly conducted FFT transformation and digital filter for the vibration acceleration signals by digital signal processing technique; and conducted the weighting processing for the vibration acceleration data at different testing points and at different speed through multiplying weighting factors or functions, by the statistical technique and expertise; and concluded the relation curve between the objective acceleration values and the vibration subjective values of human body by the data fitting method in order to get the evaluation value for comfortable ride combining objective and subjective factors. Finally, after the testing and analyzing experiment of vibration comfortable ride for a armoured vehicle, the novel evaluating method is verified.
