The meter head of turbo flowmeter is a flux accumulation instrument. It's an important part of intelligent meters. As the computer science technology development, it becomes consummate continually. The paper has discussed and designed a system of intelligent accumulation based on a new type MCU. Basing on the rule of miniaturization and intelligentizing, we adopted P89LPC922 MCU which is high-powered and low power. We used this MCU as the core of control system. Furthermore, we have designed LCD and keyboard that can make us talk with the system. All in all, the whole system has many merits as furrows, simple structure, convenient operation, low power and so forth.At first, the paper has a short discussion and introduction about the thesis back- ground, the sort of flowmeters and the development of flowmeters. Then, we can conclude the significance of flux instruments to the industry development. And it is important to research and develop them. In chapter two, we have narrated the computation principle of turbo flowmeter. After knew the measurement of this meter, we brought forward the meter's function that we want to come true. And we also analyzed its technology requirement of hardware and software department. In chapter three, we have introduced every part of hardware circuits and discussed their function in the system. In chapter four, we have introduced some primary parts of software in the system. In chapter five, we have narrated the introduction of using this meter. Finally, we have educed the conclusion of this accumulation meter system. We also have analyzed its development in the future.By and large from the former discussion, the paper has designed a flux accumulation instrument system. Its structure has been designed steady and reliable. It took advantage of the hardware resource and software optimization of MCU. So the system has well operation interface, high measure precision, small bulk, low power, high practicability, convenient operation. |
