With the development of modern industrial production, transportation and urban construction, noise has become the fourth largest environmental hazards after the water pollution, air pollution, waste pollution. Noise pollution is physical. It not only endanger human health through the hearing, but also reduce the working efficiency. Besides,it is an important reason leading to the accident. At present, the noise control has become the one of the greatest attending to the environmental engineering research issue.The issue is from the application of engineering practice. Because of the unreasonable design of the factory of PASSIM 12K in a Cigarette Factory,as well as wearing of the parts and aging of sound insulation and absorption material,the noise generated is particularly strong in the running. Through analysing the noise spectrum characteristic of fan cabinets monitored with qualitative analysis, the comprehensive noise control scheme was studyed out because of the broadband characteristic of the noise spectrum. The design of vibration isolation system was completed on the basis of summarizing the disciplinarian of the effect on the vibration isolation system because of the three major parameters (mass, stiffness and damping) of the vibration isolation system, through researching the simulation of the vibration isolation of the single degree of freedom.The reasonableness of the isolation component was proved with the static an dynamic analysis of the vibration isolation system with the ANSYS software.Through researching the noise control system of the fan cabinets systemically and unitarily, a variety of measures was adopted conjointly and synthetically, such as the location of rational arrangement of fan cabinets, the design of sound arrester, and the design of the silencer and so on.Finally, the fan cabinets alteration was carried out.And the value of noise on the side of the fan cabinets was from 86 dB(A) to 76.5 dB(A) successfully, decreasing in by 9.5 dB(A).
