| Heat pump systems are heat-generating devices that can replace the traditional water heater, used as household water heaters or space heating devices. For a heat pump, the basic factor is the availability of a cheap and dependable heat source. However, the development of the water source heat pump also brings out some negative influences, such as the noise pollution. As people attach more importance to the environment and health, the noise pollution of the water source heat pump system has gained more and more attention. This paper consists of three parts. Firstly, based on the structural characteristics of noise control system, vibration noise source, noise spread mechanism, and the noise impact to the surrounding environment of the heat pump system, this paper discusses the noise control system structure of the heat pump system. According to the measurement, calculation and verification of the actual project, adopting some methods including sound absorption, sound insulation, sound attenuation and damping vibration insulation, this paper proposes some vibration insulation measures to heat pump systems. Secondly, this paper deduced power flow expression which could use multi-source layer isolation system into the basic power by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Thevenin equivalent system and Norton equivalent system. In the last part, the vibration insulation measures are proposed. It focuses on the vibration analysis and isolator application, design, calculation and effect. With the double-stage vibration isolated system, the vibration noise pollution of the heat pump system has been reduced a lot. Tested by American CSI Corporation's 1910 vibration data collector and Danish BK Corporation's 2250D noise spectrometer, the vibration isolation efficiency has reached 99% after using the proposed system, and the noise has decreased to 20dB. The experiment has demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed system, and proved its rationality. The proposed noise control system has simple structure and reasonable vibration isolation effect. In addition, the surrounding environment temperature has satisfied the requirements in GB3096-2008 Sound Environment Quality Standard. |
