Safety Of Air Traffic Management System To Build

Aviation Safety is one of the main concerns in the history of human aviation.The theories of Aviation Safety have developed with the practice and guided Aviation Safety Management at the same time.Air Traffic Management industry in China should suck in the mature theories of aviation safety due to defects in the system and fast developing business.This thesis summarizes the content and development of main theories in the field of aviation safety. Through comparing thecurrent condition of ATM industry in china with the development of international aviation,the author tries to bring forward a basic configuration of Safety Management System construction and innovation ideas which is suitable for china's reality.This thesis is made up of three parts.Chapter 1 summarizes the content and process of theories with regard to the Aviation Safety Management.Chapter 2 introduces the current situation of Air Traffic Management industry in China as well as analyses the case of Wuxi air traffic management center.Chapter 3 presents the framework of Safety Management System,which emphasizes the safety management based on data,the humanistic idea embodied in the safety management and the concept of systematic safety management.Chapter 4 summarizes the main points of thesis.
