This paper analyzed and researched the prestressed construction techniques of the fabricated post-tensioning prestressed concrete hollow-slab girder and the girder's deformation(camber,torsion,deflection)by theoretical analysis,finite element analysis and simulation,full-sized model trial,detecting and adjusting the effective prestress and prestressed uniformity.From these analysis and research,the paper concluded that the quality of prestressed workmanship,the girder's deformation and performance can be controlled by amending prestressed construction techniques,improving prestressed steel bar oil pump and jack,controlling effective prestress and it's uniformity.Finally,the paper make the summary of the best construction techniques of the hollow-slab girder and other similar post-tensioning prestressed concrete unit,the method and the instrument of the detecting and adjusting the effective prestress and it's uniformity,the method of the girder deformation's controlling,the method of the quality of prestressed workmanship's comprehensive evaluation and acceptance.
