These days, most of AC digital control device apply in large-scale and medium-sized electrical machines, but minitype electrical machines universal apply simulative control device, simulative control device have bad state and instantaneous adjustive performance, long stable time etc. Along with continuous enlarge application of minitype electrical machines, the require of capability continuous increase too. For settle for the market requirement and enhance minitype electrical machines techno-performance, the experiments of digital control device on small electrical machines have been carried out to obtain data.Analyzing the situation of the digital control device systematically, the paper research into the connatural limitation in performance form principle of simulative control device, and bring forward more spot sampling mode and PWM modulate excitation current technical project. Research into improve the dynamic characteristics in the middle of transmission of the minitype electrical machines. The relation between state, instantaneous adjustive performance, stable time of output voltage and control parameter have been addressed. The control of fragmental digital PID is adopted to improve the dynamic characteristics of minitype electrical machines based on the feature of the transmission period, such as improving dynamic state response speed of digital control device, ameliorating ratio of instantaneous modulation, eliminating over speed in time and shortening stable time.The digital control device depends on controlling software to realize the function of the regulation and control, keeping the rotational voltage of the electrical machine output within the range given while the load being changing. The shortcomings of simulative control device are overcome. Characteristics, such as ratio of stable and instantaneous modulation, the time lasting, can be controlled by program. The digital control device is versatile and possesses extensional ability.The result of a number of experiments shows that the digital control device has more excellent performance than the simulative control device, and the figure of output voltage has been improved too. When the output voltage is 220V, ratio of instantaneous modulation of the digital control device can reach 5.15% and its stabilization time can reach less than 200ms. The whole digital control device is worth a wide popularization for its simple structure and lower price.
