The project across the Qianjiang River is very difficult to construct, also is different from others. There's much indeterminacy and uncertainty in the course of construction. The hazard runs through the process of the design, construction and management. Much hazard will be charged and reduced through some steps. Some hazard also can be controlled via correspond elusion measure according to its specialty.This paper will do some quantitative analysis for the technique feasibility of the great bridge according to the report of the project. And the paper also will analyze the probability of the expectable hazard,make up the system of the project and provide the reference for the design, construction and management.
