The current bridge management system generally can only serve the construction or operation period of the bridge,while it fail to link the two to carry out integrated management of the bridge from the construction period to the operation period,therefore the relevant information between the bridge construction period and the operation period is disintegrated,and the information during the construction period cannot be effectively applied to the operation period.This article aims at researching and developing a system that can realize the integrated management of the construction period and operation period of the bridge,focusing on the construction monitoring and health monitoring during the construction period of the bridge,and taking the integration of construction monitoring and health monitoring as the specific The implementation of the research on the integrated management system of the bridge construction and operation period.First of all,according to the purpose of the study,it was determined that the integrated management system for bridge construction and operation period needs to have data storage management,bridge construction monitoring during construction period,bridge health monitoring during operation period,and basic functions to effectively connect construction monitoring and health monitoring.According to the determined basic functions,the bridge construction and operation period integrated management system is designed as a system mainly composed of a construction monitoring subsystem and a health monitoring subsystem;Secondly,the structural design of the construction monitoring subsystem was carried out based on the requirements of the functions that the integrated management system of the bridge construction and operation period should have during the construction period.The measured value sub-module,the theoretical value sub-module,the comparison table sub-module,the current control status sub-module,the vertical elevation sub-module,the document report sub-module and the system configuration sub-module are designed as seven sub-modules of the construction monitoring subsystem Based on the structure of the designed construction monitoring subsystem,it proposes that sensor sharing and file report-based sub-modules can be applied to health monitoring during the construction period of data transmission to achieve the connection with the health monitoring subsystem to achieve the purpose of integration;Third,the structural design of the health monitoring subsystem was carried out according to the functional requirements of the integrated management system during thebridge construction and operation period.The health monitoring subsystem is designed as a system composed of real-time monitoring and early warning sub-modules,historical data query and statistics sub-modules,safety evaluation sub-modules,system status submodules,analysis report sub-modules and system configuration sub-modules;Then,on the basis of the research and design structure,the integrated management system of bridge construction and operation period was developed,and the main functional interfaces of each module after development were displayed;Finally,the integrated management system of bridge construction and operation period is applied to the engineering practice of Wenquan Super Bridge and Chaobai River Bridge.The application results show that the system basically has the ability to achieve the predetermined functions and has reached the goal of research and development.
