Abstract/Summary:
The high-performance concrete, main direction of today's concrete technique development, is called by foreign scholar the 21th century's concrete. Because of its strict construction craft, high quality material, convenience, high intensity in early days, tenacity and stabilization, the high-performance concrete is specially applicable to use in high-rise buildings, bridges and other structures exposed in harsh environment, which cause great attention in engineering and material field all of the world. In resent decade, many countries have spent numerous manpower, money and material to carry on its research and development which made big progress and obtained a series of science and technology result.Chinese economy is booming so that the investment in construction of transportation infrastructure grows. In order to adapt the fast growth of import and export business and international competition, as well as share a first timing in the northeast Asia economy circle, Yangshan deep-water port project of Shanghai international shipping center is carried on as a national tactic. As the core part of Shanghai shipping center, its technique, safety, quality, service life is very important. However, many provision is lack in current technical specification, which put forward a new request to the engineering.This text aims at the purpose to improve the durability of the concrete used in Yangshan deep-water port. It introduces how to improve the concrete's durability by using high-performance concrete and suggest how to design, produce, use, and inspect the high-performance concrete in detail. Because the high-performance concrete is still in research in china, this text has important value for local engineers to study the durability of concrete structure and the application of high-performance concrete.
