| As the main armament of low altitude close defence, self-propelledanti-aircraft gun system (SPAAGS) played very important role in air defenceand antimissile combats, its' foreground is wide. As important parts ofSPAAGS, missile and its' launcher influence on armament capability and rangein a great degree. So it' s an important subject for us to research missilelauncher, with fit to SPAAGS, to know the newest development of missilelauncher home and overseas, to develop new type of missi]e launcher.In this paper, the design ideas and analyzable counting methods weredetailedly, aiming at the configurable characteristics of prototype ofcertain SPAAGS, and so designed the composition and configuration of certainsystem. The contents including:1 Put forward optimization of SPAAGS missile launcher, with fit formiddle gun composition, on the base of analyzing the development of missilelauncher and shortages of missile launchers in existence, taking the analyseof functional requirement of missile launcher for precondition, usingmistiness mathematics method to estimate the composition of missile launcher.2 Detailedly discussed the design ideas and analyzable counting methodsof missile launcher, aiming at the optimization, using dynamics analyzingtheoretics of rigid body system to analyze and count equivalent moments ofthe machine, enhanced accuracy of analyse & counting.3 Using emulational analyzing sofware, bulit dynamics emulational model,analyzed and counted the curve, showing the change of drive moment of missilelauncher with time, as well as the curve, showing the change of speed andacceleration of fan-out with time, making foundation for judgement ofcorrectness of result of analyse & counting of configurational design. |
