| This topic is derived from the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" weapon and equipment preresearch plan of the Rocket Army.This subject is aimed at the problems of too long leveling time for heavy-load missile launchers,low leveling accuracy,and excessive power required for installation.The research on the leveling technology of missile launchers for rapid demonstration is carried out.This project is mainly through the innovative design of the transmission system of the leveling actuator and the research on the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy of the launcher to realize the rapid,heavy-load and high-precision leveling of the missile launcher under low power.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis of technical indicators of the leveling system.Taking the parameters of a certain type of launch vehicle as the design basis,through theoretical calculation and dynamic simulation,the structural design index of the leveling system actuator is obtained;the leveling speed planning under the time constraint is completed.2.Design of leveling control system.Comprehensively consider the advantages and disadvantages of the support mode,drive mode,and leveling strategy of the leveling control system,determined the four-point support electromechanical leveling control system and the three-point height-by-height method leveling control algorithm;Under the premise of complying with on-site operation specifications,completed the leveling control program design;Analyze the design ideas of the electrical circuit of the leveling control system,and determine the electrical circuit design of the leveling control system;according to the principles of reliability,real-time,versatility,and economy of the leveling control system hardware design,the hardware of the leveling control system is completed design.3.Design of the actuator of the leveling system.According to the design indicators,the overall design and verification of the leveling actuator has been completed;the transmission principle design and kinematics simulation of the all-gear non-sliding stepless speed governor suitable for the leveling actuator have been completed;the ANSYS software has been used to complete Static simulation of the key parts of the leveling actuator.4.Engineering realization and test verification of the leveling control system.In accordance with the requirements of the national electrical design safety code,the electrical control hardware design was completed;the solidworks software was used to complete the three-dimensional model design of the leveling actuator;according to the conditions of the test site,the speed test and load of a single leveling actuator were completed Tests,and joint tests of leveling actuators.The test results show that: when the pitch angle is 2.93° and the roll angle is 2.94°,the launch vehicle leveling time is 9.28 s,and the leveling accuracy is0.04°,which meets the requirements of the specified indicators. |
