With the rapid development of auto industry and the improvement of people's standards of living,the application of automobile air-conditioning becomes more and more popular, and the requirment for thermal comfort in automobile air-conditioning becomes higher and higher.In this paper, the duct of automobile multiple temperature zones air-conditioning is designed in concept based on the operation principle of automobile air-conditioning,and the overall scheme of automobile multiple temperature zones air-conditioning control system is introduced.The thermal comfort parameters are introduced according to the conditions in our country.On the basis of thermodynamics,the major factors which affect temperature in automobile are analyzed and the coupling relation of left temperature zone and right temperature zone is put forward,the thermodynamics mathematics model of different temperature zone is established.Based on fuzzy logic,the control system of automobile multiple temperature zones air-conditioning is designed,the fuzzy control strategy of every control device is introduced in detail, and the emulation analysis is carried on under different season environment with Matlab/Simulink, it is proved that the temperature control with zoning in automobile by fuzzy controller designed can be finer.The hardward overall scheme of automobile multiple temperature zones air-conditioning control system is discussed,and the hardware circuit of control system with MSP430F149 singlechip for core is designed.
