As the domestic automobile industry grows up fastly,the automobile air conditioning has become more and more important to automobile manufacturers.The control system is the core of the automobile air conditioning,so that the improvement of the control effect and the perfection of function are very vital to improve the performance of automobile air conditioning.As the effect of a domestic automobile air conditioning controller is difficult to meet the increasing demand of passengers,and to meet the requirements of the product diversification proposed by the manufacturer at the same time,so that putting forward with the fuzzy control algorithm to replace the original controller PID algorithm.And add the PM2.5 detection module to extend the function of the controller.The research work of this paper contains several aspects.First,introduces the changes in temperature and the type of car air conditioning system structure and working principle,according to the principle of heat balance,using MATLAB/Simulink software to build the car air conditioning system internal heat load model,unlike general Simulink model structures,the S function is used as a special module to establish the simulation model.Second,detailed elaborated the blower,mixed damper and compressor three fuzzy controller of the controlled process,and then based on the car in front of the internal heat load model was carried out respectively under the condition of different Settings of the PID control and fuzzy control simulation,the simulation result shows that compared with the original PID control method.The paper design a fuzzy controller can reach the set temperature fast,so provides theory basis for the automotive air conditioning controller to improve the experiment.In addition,the function module of PM2.5 content in the detection vehicle is designed and realized for the purpose of extending controller function.Finally,in the enthalpy difference laboratory experimental bench,the automobile air conditioning used new control algorithm was tested for cooling performance experiment and comparing to the experimental results of the system used original PID algorithm confirmed the effectiveness of the improvement.
