The background of the dissertation is air defence and antimissile defence system with small caliber anti-aircraft common projectile, the fast setting system of the small caliber anti-aircraft common projectile is studied in detail. Based on the De-6D exterior ballistics model, the burst control precision influence factors of the electronic time fuze are simulated. The major factor which influences the burst control precision of the electronic time fuze is found, and the way of increasing the burst control precision of the electronic time fuze is put forward.One of the key technologies of the small caliber anti-aircraft common projectile is muzzle inductive setting technology. The electromagnetic filed mathematical model is built. The factors which influence the electromagnetic filed of the muzzle exit inductive setting system are analyzed, and the designing guideline is proposed that the electromagnetic filed changing from non-inductive-field to inductive-field must be sharp and the inductive setting process must be finished in the best inductive setting field. Then, the electromagnetic compatibility of the muzzle exit inductive setting system is designed, and the communication reliability of the setting system is improved.In allusion to the characters such as short setting window, mass transmitting data, complex electromagnetic environment during the muzzle, the method of frequency correction binary circulating coding is put forward, and it can be decoded exactly. This code has short coding data head, and also can be decoded from any code element by collating program. Moreover, the inductive setting window is high-usage.For the small caliber electronic time fuze, it has complex interior structure and the quick-activated-power energy is short, the working process must be analyzed, and the power consumption of the fuze must be reduced. The electric circuits of the system are designed, and the circuits are perfected. Taking both hardware and software into account, the low- power-consumption design of the electronic time fuze circuits is finished, thus the problem of short energy supply is solved, and the system function is achieved.The Inductive setting process is a dynamic process of high speed. It is hard to monitor the signal transmission in real time. In order to verify the correctness of the dynamic inductive setting, the test methods are studied. A series of test methods are schemed out, and these provide the foundation to improve the inductive setting system circuits. Experiments proof the correctness and reliability of inductive setting, precisely timing explosion and resisting high-overload capacity of the fuze circuits.
