The depth and extent of fatigue test researching is increasing atpresent, in China, the working of fatigue project is on process in a lot ofgraduate school and university. The exploitation of man-machine conversationusing VC++ and the control command of test-bed in soft. In hardware, the designof electrical-control measuring and circuit, the establishing of electricalcontrol system.At last we have a test and debug in the system. All of theseis the mission of this thesis, which is build upon the technical contract signedwith Nanjing Chili Auto Gearing Company Ltd..In the thesis, there are particular introduction about the collectivitydesign of the electrical control system of fatigue test machine, theintroduction about the design of hardware and the frame of software, the simplyintroduction about the system of fatigue test-bed, the explanation of themachine running and debugging. The load and moment curve can be shown whenevernecessary. So the testing process has been monitored automatically. The systemcan stop the test automatically when the test is finish and store the testdata. The moment curve of test can be printed by Micro-printer and the testdata can be demanded whenever the operator need.The experimental results proved that this testing machine is successfuland practical.
