Transfer Mode For The Rail Transit Site And Facility Layout

With the city's rapid development, urban rail transport(rapid transit) will become the backbone of city traffic. Urban rail transport sites are the key points of rail transport network structure, which determine the direction of network lines, and affect the city's development direction.The good or bad rail transportation junction transfer modes will affect the efficiency of passenger transference, and the layout of the facilities in the site will affect the potential development of the region.Based on the study of international and domestic situation, the thesis analyzes the insufficient of the urban rail transportation junction in china and summarized the trend in future.This thesis analyzes the rapid transit's characteristics, status and function in a city. By analyzing urban rail transport site characteristics, and referring to different standards of domestic and international study, it raises a classification criteria which fit to our own country, and then classifies the examples of urban rail transport station with this classification criteria.And also the thesis studies the demand characteristics of traffic flow, and raises the designing idea,the purpose,the principle of station traffic organization. It sorts the station transfer modes, and makes a conclusion of the advantages and disadvantages of that. Then it makes a research on the connection between the urban rail transport and other forms of transit,and point out the advantages and disadvantages of the connection of different modes.According to the classification of a junction, a detailed study on the function of city development which has some different types of a junction has been carried out, and then proposed some suggestions of facilities layout,transfer and land use in nanjing city.Researching the urban rail transport junction area's TOD modes, it analyzes the TOD's definition, forms, and its function. With an example, this thesis research some different TOD development modes, then proposed the guidelines of facility layout of transportation junction.Finally, thesis makes a conclusion of this research, expect the direction in the future, which can be the theory foundation for further job.
