In strict meaning, the power distribution network topological is directed graph, So use the JAVA open source module-Jgraph to visualize the topological structure of distribution network graphically and use the powerful API base on graph theory to construct the power lose computing algorithm will reduce the development cost and difficult of this graph theory based software. This paper try to expand the Java open source graph visualization component—Jgraph to visualize,describe the net topology of power distribution, then carry on the theories power energy lose computing. At the same time, this paper issues the process of the software annals,design using object-oriented analysis design method and software engineer tools-UML, Rational Roses, an expandable and easy maintainable theories energy loss computing software design,development route and technique point.The software to be introduced by this paper is easy to implement and maintain, with clear structure,friendly interface. Use several testing calculate examples in several cultural heritages as testing calculate example, the computing result express that it can satisfy engineering computing needs completely, has application value to electric power business enterprises; The analysis, design model that this text discussed have very much value to develop this kind of software.
