The distributed satellite Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an innovative SAR system brought forward recently, and the spaceborne parasitic SAR system is hotspot of research now. A group of multitudinous satellites cooperate together to fulfill the function of a single satellite. The multitudinous combination can extend the SAR system's purpose, and the distributed-satellite SAR system can offer more baselines. We will produce full-scale and descend launch expense, thus we can descend by a street the satellite running life and cost.Along the track of satellites, two antennas are emplaced, and the same target are observed at the same time by them, and the echo signals are received, and the interference phase is gained, and the radial speed of moving target is got from it. Base on the distributed satellite SAR system, we research the technology of the examination and velocity-measure precision of slow moving target in the spaceborne parasitic SAR system.The main works of the paper is concluding to several facets:(1) It is researched that the basic velocity-measure math model of the along track interferometric(ATI). It is analyzed that the main parameter of the velocity-measure precision: interferometric baseline and interferometric phase, and it is gained that the curves of the correctional error.(2) It is builded that the basic velocity-measure model of the spaceborne parasitic SAR system, and the moving tartet with nonradial velocity especially considered. It is realized that the simulation experimentation, and it is gained that the curves of the interferometric range-phase, and it is proved that the measure result of moving target with nonradial velocity is as much as that of target with radial velocity. It is compared that measure of moving target between K radar clutter and noise,and the result is that the influence of the clutter is more than that of the noise.(3) Base on the spaceborne parasitic SAR system, it is builded that the math model of ATI with the earth rotation and the satellite circle, and it is builded amending model of measure-velocity. It is realized that the simulation, and it is gained that the curves of the correctional baseline and the curves of correctional velocity-measure.The influence of the satellite circle is more than that of the earth rotation.(4) Base on the spaceborne parasitic SAR system, It is respectively analyzed that the Influence of the sheering, the pitching and the rolling to velocity-measure precision, and it is also builded that amending model of baseline, phase and measere-velocity. It is realized that the simulation experimentation, and it is gained the curves of the correctional baseline, the correctional phase and the correctional velocity-measure. The influence of the rolling to velocity-measure precision is more than that of the sheering and the pitching.
