Modern sea battle mode has been changed significantly by the super high-speed torpedo based on the supercavitating technology. In researching of the super high-speed torpedo, multiplex gas flow rate needs to be controlled accurately, to form the supercavitation and simulate the tail jet of the vehicle. So development of the multiplex gas flow-rate control system is very important to our own super high-speed torpedo project.First, the thesis gave out the technical scheme of the multiplex gas flow-rate control system: to measure the gas flow-rate with thermal mass flow-meter, using single chip CPU as main controller to structure the system based on fuzzy control.Then, by analyzing characters of control object, a 2-dimension fuzzy controller was designed: Take the error of flow-rate's measuring value and it's derivative as the inputs, and output control value to adjust valve.In hardware design, to simplify the structure of the system, adopted AT89S52 as MPU. In input channel, I/V transfer circuit was designed to match the output signal of flow-meter and the input signal of A/D chip-TLC0834. In output channel, V/I transfer circuit was designed to match the output signal of D/A chip-TLC5620 and the input signal of adjust valve. To observe the instant and accumulated flow-rate, a display interface was designed.According to the hardware characters, corresponding software of the system was developed with C language, including A/D transfer program, software filter program, fuzzy control program, D/A transfer program and data display interrupt program. Then the total program was compiled and debugged in uVision2 compiling circumstance.Finally, the whole multiplex gas flow-rate control system was validated in MATLAB circumstance with FUZZY and SIMULINK toolbox.
